Any student wishing to enroll in grades K-8, please enroll by August 11, 2025. Contact the school before that date. If you are out-of-district and are interested, you need to be roll by August 11.

NOTE: The school district has the right not to accept any out-of-district students if they are a student who is not in good standing in a previous school.

Welcome to Zurich Elementary School

Zurich has a long tradition of academic excellence and, with your help, we will continue in that tradition. Please feel free to call or stop in anytime you have questions or concerns. We look forward to another school year with excitement and great expectations. We hope all our students will have a rewarding and successful year.

A Country School?

Zurich Elementary School is a Rural school in North Central Montana located on Highway 2 between Chinook and Harlem.
The school week is Monday through Friday.
The first school was founded in 1913.
The building has four classrooms, a library/computer room, and a gym/lunchroom.
Currently enrolling grades K-8.
Most students live over 5 miles from school.

Another School Year...

This year we will once again have three teachers covering grade K-8. We will continue to strive for the quality for which we are known for.

Summer Programs for Students

There are several programs set up for the students in the area to stay active and fed through the summer. Click on the tabs above to learn about the different options.

Summer School Lunches

This is available to all student age children who are in Chinook when it is being passed out. This means our Zurich students can attend. So, if you have swim lessons you can also pick up a lunch/breakfast bag. If you use the link below to sign-up, it is helpful to the cooks to know how much food to prepare, but they always make extra in case you forgot.
